Personalized, Modern Mental Health Care

In a world that often feels overwhelming, it’s easy to lose your sense of clarity—within yourself, your relationships, or the life you envisioned. You may carry the quiet ache of disconnection, feel stuck in patterns of anxiety or depression, or find yourself repeating painful cycles rooted in early experiences. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My Clinical Practice and Professional Background:

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with active licensure in both Colorado and Florida. I maintain a private practice serving individuals and couples through both virtual and in-person sessions, offering care that is clinically grounded and responsive to the unique needs of each client.

My academic background includes a BA from Northwestern University, followed by dual master’s degrees: one in Mental Health Counseling and another in Marriage and Family Therapy. This interdisciplinary training informs a systems-oriented perspective and a deep respect for the complexity of human development and relational dynamics.

I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional training in the Gottman Method for couples, mindfulness, and yoga-based practices. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges, and support clients healing from unresolved childhood trauma through reparenting and somatic work.

My approach is rooted in neuroscience and nervous system regulation, helping clients rewire unhelpful patterns and develop more adaptive ways of living. I bring warmth, presence, and—when appropriate—a touch of wit and humor to create a safe, human space for the deep inner work that healing requires.

Combining clinical expertise with real-life insight, I help clients move through challenges with clarity and resilience—so they can live A Life with Purpose.

In-Person and Telehealth Therapy:

As a licensed mental health professional serving residents of Florida and Colorado, I offer both in-person sessions and secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Whether meeting in the office or from the comfort of your home, you’ll receive thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to your needs, with attention to both privacy and accessibility.
